I can't imagine that melted helmet making any difference in sales. Maybe a unmasked head head sculpt of Kylo would have made a huge difference with the sales of TFA figure.

Yes, I think an unmasked Kylo head would’ve made an even bigger difference. The Adam Driver sculpt is what sold me on this version. I probably would’ve bought the melted Vader mask on a part out.

I've been trying to achieve that high guard pose during the past couple weeks with no luck. You can get close but no quite enough so it doesn't look goofy. I'm afraid that torso surgery will be mandatory in order to recreate that duel scene.

I have been messing around with sculpey and made my own 1/6 Vader helmet to go with Ren. Not finished painting it, but it's alright for my first attempt.

Nice work on the melted helmet and that’s indeed a sweet Kylo shot above. They did a nice job on the sculpt for sure. Definite improvement over the quarter scale one they first showed.

Decided to finally put Kylo in that signature pose of his. Which was actually a lot trickier than I expected.

Now I really want a Praetorian Guard, dammit.

Great. I've been trying to achieve this pose for some time but none of my attempt look even close to yours. Any tip on how to proceed? Shoulder articulation is a pain to position correctly.

Yeah it took me awhile to figure out. You need to somehow push up the shoulder as much as possible while keeping the arm straight and level, while angling down the wrist. And then at the same time you also have to get the other arm positioned right. And the outfit is fighting you the entire time.

Only bummer is you can't use the light up arm with this pose.
