Star Wars isn't on the list because I don't consider it science fiction in the traditional sense.

Honestly I could write a list of dozens of films, but I'm sticking to top ten I've ever seen.

My favorite is Blade Runner...period...I would have to ponder the rest...original POTA, The Abyss uncut version,Close Encounters of the 3rd kind, Altered States, Enemy Mine, Life force,...man there is alot...top ten is tricky
