I'm just getting done moving, so I'll be building my Jabba set-up version 2.0 very soon. Anzik's set-up certainly raises the bar on what Jabba's palace dios should be....

7" wide. You could probably use foam core board with a good degree of success and then glue a sheet of poster board inside the arch.

I'm going to try to find some kind of cabinet to house all of this in, so I don't have to worry about an outside finish (my previous display was in a built-in wall cabinet, of which our new house has none outside of the kitchen). Hard to know what to use as the starting point.
