The anatomical impossibilities of being a superhero

So I was thinking about Wolverine. How is it anatomically possible that he has retractable claws. When they're retracted he wouldn't be able to bend his wrists.

Stored 100% in his forearm

(the whole Weapon X1 retractable swords thing in Origins made no sense as with the length he wouldn't be able to bend his elbows)

Yeah, cuz having retractable claws in the first place is totally believable.

Tony Stark should have suffered an internal decapitation by now, y'know that lovely thing where your head stays on but your skull gets seperated from your spinal column?

Unless they're remain in metacarpus area and just slightly affect the carpus
Everything else is about the muscle system of his arms that must be pretty different from homosapiens one.

Since Superman was sent to Earth as a baby, and Siegel and Shuster were both of a culture that believed in circumcision, it is safe to assume that he was circumcised on Krypton.

Wolverine's super fast healing ability, combined with the adamantium skeleton, is what makes it somewhat believable.

My question is why Mr. Fantastic ever leaves the house?

How does The Flash not burn up his clothes, or boots moving that fast?

My question is how does Superman actually have things go back in time by spinning the Earth in the opposite direction? In reality he's just making the Earth spin in a different direction, not reversing time.
