Actually the ears are not that far off:

They need to be laid back a bit closer to the head.

The nose shape is pretty far off though.

I ordered one of these as a project. Going to tweak the sculpt a bit and do a better paint job. I think there is actually a cool likeness in there, it just needs a little help.

I was thinking of getting mine repainted, but I'll wait to see what's offered in the IM3 line first. IMO, the head isn't nearly as bad as it looks in the photos, but the body they use is horrendous. The accessories are top notch though.
