Youtube and streaming issues?

It's bugged me for the last time. Does anyone else have this issue?

Some days I can watch Youtube streaming in HD and it works great for a 10 minute video. Some days I can't stream a 480p video without it stopping every minute or so and not continuing without me refreshing the page.

Anyone else have these issues?

Sometimes that happens. I've also never had a youtube app have good performance. Like on a phone/tablet/gaming console

Ever since Boobtube got ads and commercials the stream quality has tanked.
