Don't worry it's getting repainted to the right colour.

Looking great. I'd prefer either glasses on the head or some other extra like a briefcase, cane and glasses but fine either way. I'm still glad I'm holding onto the Sideshow however. While the tripping pose is wonkey having the classic costume is a plus. Interested to see Elektra at this point. I have not been sold on the pose or sculpt so want to see how it turns out.

This is just amazing!! Pose, base, paint and dynamics is just perfect!

I had no doubt XM was going to kill this! Locking this up was a no-brainer. And I feel even more confident now about Elektra.

I'm sure they'll still make changes from time to time moving forward, but after the Phoenix outcry and various other convoluted responses to things (due to the varying opinion of hundreds of people speaking out on Facebook and in forums as to what they'd like best) I'm curious if this is XM starting to go, "This is what we're producing, this is why we did it, buy it or don't."

Maybe not that harsh sounding, but there's a unanimous response that this alternate, unmasked headsculpt is the least Daredevil thing they could've produced as an extra. Throw red glasses on it, that's a bit better...losing the smile would probably be best. Lowering the cost and tossing out the actual need they feel to add in an unmasked sculpt would've probably been the smartest option. But with this post it sounds like they're sticking with it and saying, "This is what you'll get. If you don't like it, go with the calm masked sculpt."

I wouldn't be surprised if they did eventually make a change; however, it'd be just as believable that they decided to stop making major changes this late into the game every time people disliked something.

They said early on that they added switch out parts to all their statues to help the buyers see the value in their products. Saying they aren't charging more for the head is kind of irrelevant. They are charging an amount, and the head is to help the product as a whole feel worthy of said amount. So yes, you are paying for the head lol.


Let's be honest, no one would have displayed this unmasked anyways...
