I definitely think so. The portrait is spot on comic accurate on the PF. The XM portrait....not so much. I also like the costume much more on the PF. The XM costume reminds me of what a farmer might wear working on the farm. This is just my opinion but I think sideshow absolutely nailed it with their Cable PF. I was never really impressed by the XM Cable. Too many things were off on it for me personally.

Sideshow’s is nice. I hate the portals on it though. Not sure which is cheaper. Might be about the same?
