He is talking about the clear plastic rod that comes with the HT Iron Man, it is used to open panels and such.
I would check a hobby store,they might have something like it.

OK thanks for the info.
I still have the one that I got with War Machine so I can use that for now, but I'd still like my Mark II AU to be complete with all it's extras.
