Far enough down the road, it may pop up but I would say if he says no, it is currently not on the table with LFL to have HT produce a Jango figure. Disney most likely wants all their efforts on rekindling OT love as well as pushing the new films (above and beyond even the OT love).
The huge push of ANH characters and Fett set all of us OT lovers up for the TFA deluge which happened fast with all the trooper variants and then a few main characters being shown. HT are not on their own and able to do their own whims when it comes to LFL and Marvel (Disney) like they had with other lines in the past.
