Maybe, but I think it was originally done for Tweeterhead's 1/6th statue.

A PF would be awesome, but yes this was done in conjunction with the tweeterhead piece. There was another one too, with a yellow background. They sold them on their site along with the statue.

I love Olivia's Catwoman art which is quite extensive. I don't own any of her prints, for some reason I haven't been able to justify the cost. But I would like one.
