Yeah fantastically expensive I wanted a 70-300mm for my camera and the difference from the standard USM lens to the L lens was like 4 times as much in price but looking at your photos I can kind of see why they cost much more.

Yeah, I guess so. Sometimes, the EF-S lenses are also expensive. Like the 10-22mm vs 17-40mm.

They are 2 of the best lenses canon has ever produced! 10-22mm was my favourite for a very long time.

Yup! I had it back when I owned a Canon 7D. It might not be an L, but it's basically better than the 17-40mm.

My Deadringer Imperial Dragon sterling silver ring finally arrived this last week packaged in its custom "chained" pine coffin.

Cool thing I found out: this particular design - the Imperial Dragon - is the company's least popular. As such, there have only been about 10 or 11 made so far. I thought that was cool since I love the design and I'm into unique jewelry no one else has...
