I am working on a diet now.

Revolves around 6 meals with Chicken and unlimited veggies for 3 meals and protein shakes/egg whites for three others.

Still working out the details. But between counting calories and this I should be on my way.

But I'm still trying bro. It's the damn love handles. LOL.

I will. One I get some more progress. I promise. ee, I don;t see the difference cause I look at myself and hate it.

What stuff though, supps? It's not very many really besides vitamins what I posted up above. I've even cut out shakes and do straight foods the past 3 years of my bodybuilding career. It's really making a difference. :lecture
 
Well we had done a list of Vitamins really. I remember some like Flax Seed oil, but can't recall the rest.

Is Xtend still good to take ? Was thinking about doing that again.

Do you grill your chicken?
