Great thread... my favorite obscure lines have already been mentioned. But for the record those would be:
Powerlords
Super Naturals (of which I have a full set)
Army Ants
Crystar

And one that hasn't been mentioned Construx from Fisher Price :rock

The wife wanted to throw in her picks:
Charmkins
Moon Dreamers

Hell yea! i remember having that set in the pic and there was the evil side as well..i think i still have the little purple bad guy with one claw hand somewhere here still.

I actually used to build the Enterprise from Star Trek with Construx, when i was 6 or 7.

I only got the main Power Lord character, orange human on one side, blue scary guy on the other.

I kept my entire SuperNaturals set MIB and MOC.

Crystar, I didn't have the castle and the two sets that had extras of the two wizards. All of it was MOC, until a racoon got into my old storage building and chrewed their cards up to make it's nest. :banghead Now they're loose, and the Racoon has paid the price.

Battle Brawlers, would liked to have more of these, one was made to fight the other.

Centurians, more of this, but I bought only what I liked.

Saga of Crystar, I loved this set, but I could never find the castle in my area.
<img src="https://www.sideshowcollectors.com/gallery/data/676/medium/100_2134.JPG" />

Visionaries, I really wanted that mountain fortress with the holographic face, but it wasn never made.

I'll post more of what's been mentioned as I run across it.

Awesome collection you have there, and the figures and boxes look to be in very very good shape.

Cool collection... have to say the "Battle Brawlers" are a new one to me, look pretty cool :rock

And Valfar, you're right there was an evil set. Came with the purple alien... I have one of each set I got of eBay awhile back. Very cool sets.

GREAT PICS! i used to have the blue centurion fox! i remember my mum buying me that visionaries dagger assault when i was kid! i got it home and it had missing missiles so i exchanged for the sky claw! i owned all those vehicles at one point and can still remember how upset i used to get that the wings of the skyclaw would slip off and how disappointed i was with the dagger assault being hollow plastic! (even as an 8 year old back then i was fussy with my toys!) i still have the visionaries figures in a box somewhere but cindarr was unfortunately sacrificed by a large french firework banger and blown to feck as i was a bit of a firestarter as a kid-so is in charred pieces!!

There's on toy line from either the late '80's or early '90's that I recall but I can't remember the name of the figures or any of the characters.

They were little guys with yellow skin that looked kind of like Mr. Bogus from the cartoon series, but they had green, red, and blue armor. They came with rubber half spheres that you'd put them in and bend back and this would shoot them into the air.

It's been driving me crazy trying to figure out what these are.

Totally... the glow-in-the-dark part of them was one my favorites as well. Also it was nice to have a toy that really had not story or pre-imprinted idea. Just take 'em, build and have fun :rock :rock

Ok this has been drivin me nuts, but there was these toys that were bugs and u put slime into them then sqush then to have the slime come out....does anyone know the name????? Also street sharks were not mentioned lol

This might be way out there....But does anybody remember these figures that came in a sack that would dissolve in water and allow the figure to appear....They were pretty small like 2 or 3 inches tall. It was a really neat idea. Wish I had more of them.

This thread F'n rocks! Man, 80's toys were so awesome!

I'm glad somebody mentioned Spiral Zone, I think those figures are why I'm so into the 1:6 stuff now. Spiral Zone figures were like 7 inches tall or so, but they had cloth clothes and removable gear. They also sold carded clothes and weapons packs so you could customize your figures. These were awesome toys & none of my friends had any, I got some on clearance once they never really took off.

Blackstar:

My favorite figures OF ALL TIMES were those Mego soldiers they released in the 80's. They only old them at Woolworth and Gaylords and they were all I wanted during that time.

Again, these are also a huge part of my 1:6 obsession. There were also some Mego-like Ninjas that I got from a local drug store. These have to be EXTREMELY rare, I don't know who made them, but the were made like Mego figures and had removable ninja outfits & masks and they came with weapons.

the good old days!
