What is the best overall adhesive material (Glue, Epoxy, etc)

Hey Everyone

I just wanted to get an opinion on what you guys have found to be the best overall adhesive for figures themselves. I am sure the material you are working with matters like plastic/resin, cloth, etc.

In this case I want to attach a mask to a face on a head sculpt.

I prefer to use a two part epoxy for plastics. CA has a nasty tendency to bloom, and bonds brittle.
