I know a few of you may roll your eyes at this, but with the announcement of Bespin Lando, I truly feel another of my "must-have" figures is now a reality. I began to wonder where I draw the line - when will I have a "complete" collection of these 1/6 figures? I'd love to see your ultimate dream lists. I don't know, it is hard to decide. But I truly wish Sideshow would have given some character choices they have made a bit more thought. What I mean is that in stead of focussing on some really essential character appearances, it seems as if they said: "what the heck, let's make an other Obi. It will sell out, and then we can make an other one, and an other one, and an other one." That's when a company looses credibility in my opinion. Let's face it: a few of the Obis, Lukes and Hans Sideshow has brought us are redundant. They make 'em, we see 'em, we buy 'em, just to find that Sideshow has an even better version of that character up the sleave. Yes, they want to make money, can't blame 'em for that. But you can question their customer friendliness over that.
I wish we had gotten a completely new character for every other version of an already existing character they have done. In that sense, let's see how much love Sideshow still has coming for us...
