What are the holy grails or rarest Hot Toys figures?

A lot of the "rare" figs are considered expensive just because of the prices people ask for them. It really depends on what people are willing to pay. Those figs in the thousands rarely if ever actually go for that much.

Leon Kennedy, both versions, funny thing is there are alot of the RPD figures on ebay, rumour says they are fakes? Still the price is from 5-600 up to över a grand.

There are two on Ebay right now(the Mark VI Avengers movie promo one), one for 4K and the other for 2.2K. Crazy.....

I guess the rare HT figures are what you didn't get in the past, but now everyone wants HT figs because of their quality and reputation. HT probably releases more figures in bigger quantities now then they used to. About 6-7 years ago, they had competition with Medicom and Takara Tomy and HT wasn't that well known yet, but now they have really jumped ahead in quality and price.
