Captain Happy
Freakzoid
You are heading back in time to 5,000BC. Rice is being cultivated in Asia; writing systems, such as ideographic Vinca script, has just been developed; ideas of metallurgy is starting to emerge, and a brilliant brain somewhere has just discovered how to brew beer.
There are only about 5 to 7 million people in the entire world.
You will appear somewhere in the Mesopotamian area (modern day Iraq, stretching to some parts of Syria, Turkey and Iran).
Once you arrive, you cannot travel back to the present time. You’re stuck for good. You’re goal is to ensure your survival… And with a bit of ambition, to start your own little tribe with the potential to become the greatest civilization the world has ever seen.
Now the juicy part.
You can only bring five things with you:
Two complete knowledge of any modern day technology (imagine the data being implanted in your brain)
Two tools (cannot be bigger or heavier than twice your own body’s size)
One weapon
All your belongings are not perpetual. Meaning if you decide to bring a gun, you will eventually run out of bullets; if you bring a car, you will eventually run out of fuel, and the car will also eventually deteriorate. They key is in finding something you can produce yourself, using the knowledge you have and the natural resources around you.
Think about how you’re going to survive on your own, how you’re going to make a few friends, how you’re going to defend yourself, how you’re going to live long enough to surpass the typical life expectancy of 35 years.
So… What’s it gonna be?
