Does this mean the DC Direct Rorschach is going to become expensive?

No.

Nobody's buying them, because you can't complete the team. Everybody got their Watchmen fix already. There's no point in starting to buy Manhattan, Comedian and Rorschach, if you can't have Nite Owl and Ozymandias.
