Toys Legend Dark Knight Bank Robbers

After the Dark Knight Armory it looks as though Toys Legend truly is not finished with Batman. I just saw this picture posted on their main site products page, I don't see it on their facebook page yet...

It looks as though they are really trying to flesh out the lines. It's clearly the 'Grumpy' mask on a different outfit as he should have the blue suit and bolo tie. Since they so boldly used the Batman graphics on the box for the armory, maybe now with the popularity of that piece they need to mix it up a bit so as to not be so obvious?

With this picture, what are they advertising that they are selling? Both of the other masks are not in the movie so I think this is just a random picture of some "Joker Goons" IMO.

Two of those masks are from other manufacturers sets. This is just a bash, not a new product imo.
