Went ahead and ordered the standard version of this figure from Hong Kong. The paint apps and 2 head sculpts are really nice.

Rarely support unlicensed products but this one didn't disappoint.
I'm not too interested in the half Venom head or the arm. Do like the statue piece and wish the small heads have bendy wires in them. It's kind of awkward to pose around with the current state.

Got "The Parasitic" today from toys era.

One the whole I'm pretty impressed for a third party company. I think they got Tom Hardys scupt pretty decently. His clothes are nicely weathered and both head sculpts look good.

The Venom statue is really big. I can tell they joined three parts together with black epoxy, I can feel the join places like rubber cement but it looks fine.

My only complaint, I dont know if it's just mine...but the statute doesn't sit flat on the ground...like it's slightly warped....

Anyone else have this figure with this issue?

Overall a solid set, I'm glad I got it.

I like Giantoy, I usually check them for an indicator as to when things will release here. Once shipped, usually takes about 3 weeks to get to me here in the metro KC area.
