Woody is just flat out awesome, Buzz is not quite there but still looks good.

Seems like an easy fix, cant you just sand the eye holes to be bigger?

Touched up buzz a little. Repainted his mouth, and removed the visor. I always preferred that look. Also, just a heads up.. DO NOT try to sand out the eyes to make them bigger. I tried, almost ruined it because it wont work. Just wanted to let you know.

also, cutting a small bit off the sticks on the back of buzz' eyes will give you alot more eye articulation without the helmet restricting it.

Found a way to make the eyes on Buzz bigger.

Too bad I did it after ruining his aggressive headsculpt.. Tried sanding. Didn't work.

At least his regular headsculpt looks topnotch now! Anyone got a spare aggressive sculpt theyre not using I'd be interested in taking it over!


Here's the modded eyes:

Here's how:

first heat the sculpt up, then put in in place as this:

Apply pressure on the eyes to make them push out of the sockets slightly, hold them in place and cool it all down. Voilá.

IMO this fixes any problems with the sculpt and makes it as spot-on as Woody!
