finally i got my hands in this beautiful statue, i just miss the captain i hope get soon him too, because i have the IS cap but dont look good with this comic version , well nice and beautiful statue

I don't own it but I've seen my brother's up close and it's incredible. Beautifully sculpted and painted. Dynamic pose that works from various angles. IMO.... the best 1/4 Thor (after its base correction of course). Come at me, bros!

Nice collection venawn...but that Micky and Minnie though! All those cool superhero statues and my interest keeps being drawn to that, lol...

FINALLY it feels good to get a sideshow statue without breaks (Allied Cap), chips (Superman), rust (Apocalypse), excessive paint slop (Dr. Doom), misnumbered bases (Dr. Doom), lazy eyes (Catwoman, Wonder Woman), spots/blotches (Batgirl, Catwoman), missing parts (Superman), misaligned clothing (Allied Cap), you name it sideshow has put me through it in the past 2 years and returning my Green Hulk (extra ripped pants) had me not ordering from sideshow anymore and resting it all on my remaining 2 orders, Thor and Spider-Man.

If Spider-Man has no problems I might feel confident about ordering from sideshow again. I'd like to know I'll get quality at least close to what I see in the photos they show and thankfully Thor fulfilled that.

I still think the face is a bit too old looking and since Thor is a tall and powerful character I would've liked the statue to be at a higher level since the pose makes him "short" (kinda like how IS Cap above is higher up) but this is so well done. Enjoying it very much.

Congrats, buddy! Glad to hear it arrived in top form as well. It's definitely frustrating with the hit and misses with QC. I'm right there with you. Fingers crossed for Spidey.

When you angled him into the besta, was any part of the statue sticking out ? So if you had a door you wouldn't be able to shut it.

I have mine on top of a 42" Billy bookcase, and it looks great.

I think he can fit in one with a door, no issues, looking at the measurements and seeing him in person at a lcs.

He could still be turned more but after messing around with it that where I liked him best.

Might fit ok in a stuva. 50cm deep apart from that all other dimensions the same as besta. Just deeper
