Here it is, after long months of slowly working on it, it's done, the customized head sculpt and hat came out pretty good considering it's my first custom head! It's on Ebay now.

Nice looking figure. Any tips on the clothes or info on where you got the guns? I'm looking at picking up the Josey Wales head recently offered, but not sure where to start with putting together the rest of the figure.
