seriously amigo this is what hot toys bane shoulda looked like! did you totally scratch build the vest? or did you convert it from one? im trying to make one at the moe for my brother (huge batman fan!!), vest is not easy, seen some one ebay that might convert nicely.

Thanks brother, vest is completely scratch build, there is nothing that can be use that comes close.

Update on the pants, I bleached them and dye them charcoal gray and painted the knee pad in black.

Here's the pants I used

They only exist in camo so to have them in the right colour isn't that easy.

Here's what I did

Bleached them
Dye them in pearl grey
Used sandpaper to distressed them
I painted them using diluted grey pants to remove any sign of the came (approx 3 or 4 thin layers of paint)
Painted the kneed in black
Switched the knee pads.
