he's a tough one to do actually. Has taken me a little longer than usual.
Gonna make a few more edits tomorrow but here is nearly finished

I will have hot toys modified neck versions available (since I'm gonna put my on a truetype narrow ;), but those TTL bodies aren't bad either
i watching the movie yesterday.
the scuplt is incredible.
 
Only thing I would note is possibly the center of the hairline being a teensy bit further forward creating more of a curve on it.
 
Could be a fun little project to modify this sculpt into a heath style joker - just to see whether there was any merit in the 'he looks exactly like ledger he should do a joker cameo in batman 3'

I think it goes without saying to be honest bud. Although I would ot want any Joker cameo in the third.

Will the Edward Norton with neck fit a TTL 3.0 body?

The neck post hole is made for a Hot toys true type neck peg (the ball peg) but if most hot toys heads can fit TTL, then I think it should fit as well.

I'm making a few final edits on the head, thanks for the comments :)
