In case anyone is unfamiliar with what is stated in the board's Code of Conduct...

But is there a CoC rule against stating your opinion as fact? This seems to come up a lot (with references to CoC) and yet it doesn't actually seem to be a rule - the trolling or flaming or disrespect that may stem from it are against the rules, but not simply stating your opinion as fact - even over and over.

It's a bit like "threadcrapping" - without personal subjective opinion (ie whether you like what the person is posting negatively about or not) driving it, there doesn't seem to be any clear definition of what "threadcrapping" is, even though there's a constant reference to that "threadcrapping" original posting that Khev made.
