Yet another ancient Star Wars star will hobble into this mess of a trilogy only to come out the other side worse off then he was before he entered.

Another response to losing so many fans after TLJ? They basically ignored Lando/BDW, and now are like "SURPRISE!". This is yet another smack in the face. Who gives a crap about Lando at this point. I'm pretty sure most wanted to see him onscreen interacting with Han, Leia or Luke. I don't want to see him with Rey, Poe Finn, or even worse, Rose.. He should've been the contact they were looking for in TLJ at the Canto Bites Casino. Not stuttering Tony or whatever his name was.
His role will be totally pointless anyway. He'll be like Chewie, 3PO & R2. Background fodder for cheap oooh's and aaaah's. If it was Johnson getting his 2nd crack, Lando will be portrayed as a coward as well. He'd have Lando be seen turning tail and flying away in the Falcon with Chewie and the droids as Kylo chases him down and blows him up. Destroying the Falcon, his last bitter memory and remembrance of his dead beat dad who left him as a kid, and his mom's dumb and annoying droids who tended to him as his nannies as his mom patted his head and sent him on his way. Remember Poe's famous line, "Oh they hate that ship!".
Poor Billy Dee is gonna be just for show to try to appease the old folks. The fans who are supposed to fade away and die... Just like Luke did.. Problem is, Disney has now learned the hard way. They still need our money.

I predict she'll be the humorous core of Ep IX. Funny lines, a counterpoint to the heavier drama.
Like Laura Dern in TLJ.
This all but confirms we are getting Death Star Mark XIV, along with another snow planet... and a resurrected Cloud City.
Next it'll be McDiarmid joining the cast in an "unnamed role" and first pic of him on-set he'll have burn effects in a large Death Star exhaust shaft.

I imagine JJ will give BDW "the speech" about who Rey's real parents are... thus awarding him gravitas that he truly doesn't deserve other than being the lone survivor of the massacre known as the ST.

Once again the blame for another OT character making their return, this time bloated Lando, is being directed at the wrong group of people.
To all those complaining please look in the mirror and then at a photo of Lucas to see who are really responsible for the return of OT characters way after their prime.

Question: How does one UNRAPE A CHILDHOOD?
Answer: Bring back bloated OT actors and build Starkiler base with a continuation of the Rebel vs Empire story line ROTJ victory be damned.
So yeah go ahead keep blaming the killer of masculinity Kennedy and conveniently walk by your mirrors i’ll just go enjoy Lando one last time while accepting blame for him being there in the first place.
