I went with the silver chain. The buckle is silver, the cane accents and not only his dagger's hilt cap, but so is the chain holding it. Even the caps on the heels of the DiD boots are silver.

Silver was my plan, right up until I saw those buttons.

I'm not fully employed at the moment, so I won't be getting it anytime soon. New body is a priority. Once I get him ported over, I'll find out if I need it.

Silver is definitely the way to go.

I went with gold all the way.
Repainted the buckle, scabbard details replace the chains with gold one.
I don't know why but i feel more CC wearing some gold accessories.

I agree SS should have made all the silver parts gold, it would match the hooded mail away figure better. Dark blue and gold trim.

But since they have mostly silver, I will go with a silver chain

I finally got a CC, a bit late to the party but I've been following this thread. Cool pics and the tall DiD boots are a nice mod. Cape makes a cool addition too, I may get one.

It's a really awesome figure.

Instead of going all the way back, can someone summarize the best way to mod CC so that he looks the most badass? So far I've seen:
- changing the body to TT 3.0 or something called ST-1?
- Did boots?
- Drizzle cap w/ either silver or gold chains

Anything else I missed? Also any tutorials on how to mod this? Much appreciated!!!

Body is fine. Swap the boots for tall DiD ones.

I preferred the silver chain since all of CC stuff is silver.

And I used a Saturday Toys (ST-1) body, fills him out better.
