My replacement base arrived but the beast would not seat flush in the slot so i'm sending the entire thing back for a replacement.

Thanks bro. William at SS has been very accommodating. I will be happy to have a good one in hand eventually. At the rate i'm going I may end up with a white one.

I'm waiting for a replacement on mine as well. Sideshow has been good through the whole process so far though, so I have no complaints. I just hope this one gets here undamaged.
