I really can’t understand why a lot of you hate this piece, looks awesome to me.

I'm a huge Spider-Man. I think it looks good, but for me personally, the cloth is what turns me off. I would have preferred a fully sculpted piece. I think a fully sculpted is the way to go.

And on a side note, I would also worried more about a clothed $2K piece deteriorating/discoloring over time vs. a fully sculpted piece.

I'm happy for those that snagged one though. If I can get one on the secondary market at a discount, I'll probably go for it, but I can't justify it at the moment.

Yea, it's the mixed media that turns me off on this. The fabric just takes away from what should have been a nice musculature on Spider-Man.
