Sideshow Predator Figure / Statue ? What is it ?

Saw this posted on facebook about an hour ago, of course it was not about the predator in the background but does anyone know what it is? Looks to be something I have never seen before, unfinished. Idea's?

thats the old resin kits, called Big time model, the preator is about 1/4 scale, theres unmasked version and helmet version, i know there are many recast out there, made off vinyl.
