Maybe they only saw his tape as Thanos and thought he would be just as big

But yeah it was odd casting as he’s not the tallest of actors. But hey if Wolverine can be a foot taller, than Cable can be a foot shorter.

He still looks too short. Even with just proper camera work, they can make him look taller. It's been done before in far smaller budget films successfully.

There should be other actors at 6’3 range out there. Give them shoes with 3 inch heels. Hollywood can train anyone to look big easy.

I concur! They could've done some camera tricks to make Cable taller/bigger in the movie. Would've been worth it, I think.
