Awesome display! Wish I had space for so many figures! I'm kinda limited to this, which isn't so bad:

My ROTJ case is a mix of figures right now, still waiting on HT Jedi Luke, Emperor, Ewok (I like to have a smaller figure per display) and hopefully Skiff Guard Lando!

Love this! Lots of fun movement throughout, rather than static posing. :)

Thank you! I don't have much space available so it gets a bit crowded.

By the way, great photos, everyone.

I'm also waiting for a HT Ewok. Not sure why SS never made one. The one from medicom is basically a estatue. And it's very expensive. Would you guys prefer a sculpted ewok or an furry one, just like chewie?

Hello- Here's *most* of my 1/6 scale SW collection which I've amassed over the passed few years. Unfortunately, the photos (taken on my cellphone) don't do these justice, especially my prequel figures, which sort of get the b*stard-child treatment being displayed along the stairwell. Guess I cannot blame my wife for not wanting the home theatre area completely overrun with my figures, haha! Enjoy & tips/tricks/criticisms welcomed :)

How did you get your Hoth luke to hang upside down like that? Fantastic collection by the way

Thanks for the compliment!

As far as the hanging effect, well, that's an ancient Chinese secret... ;) Actually, it is a fairly simple, but effective, method. I've always loved everything Hoth and, as you can see, I have two Commander Skywalker figures on display. I liked the idea of having a "before" (Wampa ambush) and "after" version (Wampa cave) - To do this in a dynamic way, I decided to experiment with using stands to suspend Luke upside down. Initially, I used an older "waist grabber" stand, but this did not efficiently support the figure's weight (slowly sagged over time) & the clips/prongs remained pretty visible. I then tried the "crotch grabber" stand that was included with Luke - By placing the Luke's head between the clips/prongs, tension on the figure & "The Force" (gravity) keep him in place without damaging anything. The clips/prongs hide nicely behind Luke's uniform insignias and, with appropriate draping of his scarf, the upright is well hidden, too! To create the effect of hanging as opposed to floating, I raised the stand so the boot bottoms touch the top panel of the curio. I eventually switched out the original stand base (thicker, black multi-sided) with the Snowtrooper's base, which has a nice "snowy" cover piece - The lightsaber hilt that Luke is reaching out for is simply sandwiched between the included Hoth environment base add-ons.

If something here doesn't make sense, just let me know & I can take some additional pictures.

Enjoy & thanks again!

Nice collection C-Brock! Whats the story behind that Tartakovsky Clone Wars Anakin?

Haha, well thank you for noticing! I really enjoyed the animated Clone Wars from Genndy Tartakovsky - In fact, whenever I watch the PT, Clone Wars Vol. 1 & 2 are always watched between Ep II & III. I was never a *big* fan of Sideshow's Ep III Anakin Skywalker figure - I much preferred the General Skywalker (Clone Wars) figure, as I thought it had a better sculpt (although his hair style is slightly off) and included an improved body (Prometheus); however, I picked up the Ep III figure with an additional General version for dirt cheap on eBay (around $70 shipped for the pair), so I decided to try my hand at a custom/bash. I stripped the clothing off both figures, painted "Sith" eyes onto the General sculpt, and used the Ep III figure clothing to create a Darth Vader (Mustafar). Ultimately, I was left with a nude Ep III figure and clothes from the General figure, so I created a "Holt Kazed" figure from Vol. 2. I used blue acrylic paint to recreate the tattoos on his upper body/arms and slivers of blue painters tape above/below the right eye to simulate the scars (keeps it reversible) - The pants/cummerbund/boots are all from the General.

Enjoy & thanks for the compliments!
