Sculpting Hair Locks

Hi guys! I need your help, since I started sculpting, I found kind of difficult sculpting hair, I just can't get The right shape of the hair locks, I don't feel that natural movement of hair, any help?

I wanna get this kind of shape first, but I just can't

And this is what I always get, doesn't look aesthetic, which is frustrating....
