Screw covers on Iron Man figures

Hi all, not sure if this is the right place for this? How would I go about removing those little plastic bits that conceal the screws on a Hot Toys Iron Man figure?

From what I gather, Hot Toys glued them in place so it’d be a pain to remove without causing damage but people have removed them successfully to do custom repaints or repair work on the LED internals.

hi most customizer videos i have seen show them prising off whole panels incl the screw cover parts normally starting near the joints & using plastic tools or screwdrivers wrapped in cloth.
