Statue Sano Colonist Bust

I've been waiting to display this piece for 6 years if I count right. It's been a strange year to say the least (work from home, COVID, divorce) but I find myself now living alone and able to display what I like where I like. So, my grail piece now gets to live in the living room!


This is the Sano bust "The Colonist " purchased from Blackheart and painted by Chase Smith.

I got this a few years back and also need it painted. Yours looks really good I must say the sweat on the body and the texture of the facehugger are great.
When I paint mine I will likely go for a subtle cyanosis look.
I always found this a bit small and didn't like the cut of the bewbs and shoulders - so the best facehugger bust is yet to be made...

Love it,congrats! I had this few years back but sold. I dont had that perfect painting like you but still i like mine (blond hair). Sano made exceptional sculpt. More better than HCG colonist.

I ordered some mirror film which has arrived. I have a long weekend so I'll put it in thr backnof the case and upload some new shots once thats done. But thank you for the kind words all.

I find myself entranced by it all the time. Chase did such a great job painting and it's so immersive. I'm just very happy with this piece!
