That doesn't look to be too hard to tackle. I have a nice, large picture of that, that I took at SDCC last year for reference.

If you're serious, I'll work up a parts list for myself, and give you an estimate.

Salem, nice to see you over here. if you do work up a parts list please let me know what it would cost too. Also what type of paint would you use to paint the turtles? I tried my hand at doing custom painting by painting the headbands for an extra Mikey and Leo but I guess there's more to it then just going out and getting model paint since it's been months and the paint still hasn't dried.
