Contacted Bandai recently.

Heads up. If you contact them, they will send you parts to 'fix' the Thunder Megazord lean.

Mine is on the way. Takes up to 4 - 6 weeks tho. : /

What email did you talk to? And did you need proof of purchase?

Use this link: https://www.bandai.com/support/contact.html

Click "Contact Form" and tell them your Thunderzord has a lean.

They contacted me about 48 hours later. BUT then, they said I have to call or email them with my address and they'll send the parts - I could not email them my address (which makes no sense, but whatever.) I called and left a voicemail to the number they specified.

Thanks! I'll probably message them on the weekend. Mine doesn't lean, but I'd like to have better parts.

I saw a few people messaging saying they got replacement knee parts for the Thunder Megazord by contacting Bandai, so i contacted Bandai told them my plight and that i am situated in the United Kingdom so i wasnt sure if i was to contact them ( Bandai USA ) as i knew they actually distributed the replacements, or the UK branch as i was unsure if they had the parts. They got back to me and told me to contact the UK based website, and the UK guys got back to me this morning saying they are more than happy to send replacement parts to me and would i please give them my address.

All you need to do is send a request via https://www.bandai.co.uk/contact-us/

Just thought id give a heads up so people wernt lamenting over which version of the Megazord they pick up.

I messaged Bandai finally. Do you need to cover shipping? I doubt it would be much considering it's just two little pieces of plastic. I first heard about newer parts on it from MMPRToys on Youtube since he said he took his back and he noticed there was new parts on the blue and yellow Zords.

I wonder if they have replacement parts for Titanus also. The Megazord with the dragonzord on top of it makes it lurch too forward to the point it falls off with the slightest touch
