as far as i have heard there was only one of these made as a prototype and it was sold during one of ssc benefit auctions.

The team decided that a complete resculpt would be necessary to properly capture the Red Hulk, and abandoned the idea of this product (for the time being). The prototype with the resculpted hair was heavily damaged while in storage.

No, it wont. Those were prototypes and will never be put in production. Sideshow said that if they were to make a Rulk Bust, they would do a whole new sculpt.
