Revoltech figures are consistently some of my favourites, I've run into maybe one or two that were somewhat mediocre out of the around 10+ that I've had that were excellent.

None on order right now, though I'll likely be picking up Wall-E and Mr. Incredible.

They're roughly 5", however; they range between 4-6".
The Alien Queen and a few others being the exception are larger +/- 7-8".

Man I wish they were 7"ish. 5 is really small

I'd be willing to pay $10-15 more for an extra 2".

I love Revoltechs. I've got most of the Gurren Lagann ones, all of the Sengoku Basara ones, and several Evas. I'll try to post some pics sometime.
