You can imagine my huge disappointment to see my HT Mk7 figure arrive damaged after waiting a year for it to arrive 
I requested for an exchange a couple days ago but was wondering what most people's experience is on how long SSC takes to process the request and get back to you with a shipping label? The information says up to 7 business days but are they typically closer to 7 business days or much less than that?
