I wasnt really planning on using that head,I was just trying to give a view of the point I was making in reference to using a necked head on a TT body as to a body that has a sculpted neck and collar together and no visible ball joint.I bought this head on ebay a while back but have not used it,not sure what body would work for it.

He's being sarcastic. Autobotjohn has a very... how shall I say? A very disturbing looking Christopher Reeve Superman with a really weak outfit and an atrocious sculpt. He's really proud of it, but people are not very forgiving.

As much as I love the one Les made, I think it has dated and better sculpts have come along. This is in my opinion the best I've seen available. Having said that, Erick's sculpts can be somewhat under scale at times, ie his Tom Hanks Captain Miller.

I believe that Autobot John needs his prescription on his glasses checked(he needs something checked). I would speculate that his"spot on" likeness was sculpted from paper mache';either that, or it's actually supposed to be Bizarro...PS

This is such a great sculpt! May think about picking one up if I can get the funds for it

hey guys this is autobotjohn. I wanted to explain that superman sculpt to you. I found it on ebay and it is not a sculpt or bust it is a latex mask of christopher reeve. It came in flesh tone but the mask was going to be used to make my own life size superman. I had never painted latex so i didn't know what to use so i used aycrlic paint and that made the mask chip easliy so i kept repainting it untill i fixed it. The seller also sent me glass eyes for the mask and i had never used them eaither so i tryed my best and got the right eye but messed up the left one. If it had not been for my friend howard i never would have got the other christopher reeve sculpt and would have been stuck with the cake looking one or given up on superman all together. But in all fairness i did end up selling the mask and the orginal costume for about 750.00 so it all worked out in the end. I look back at that head and laugh to guys but sometimes i also think that if i had done it better it would have looked more real.
