The Midnight Meat Train BD 1/10 ____ing RETARDED movie.

I liked the style of it, and the scene with Ted Raimi was awesome. But other then that...ehh....

How was the gore?

The Strangers 9/10 One of the most underrated horror films of its time. Bryan Bertino really understands true horror imo.

Interesting. I hate Liv Tyler, so I never saw it. But I may have to check it out.

Wall-E: 10/10 A beautiful Pixar film!

Watch will Farrell's "The Other Guys" for about the same movie with a lot more laughs... 8/10

Hey i agree with you for once, i knew there must be something we agree on

I really enjoyed this film, very simplistic and so little gore but man it was tense as f__k

I liked the strangers , I sold some crappy blu ray horrors I picked up on impulse recently but that was one I knew I'd have to keep.

I thought The Strangers was decent but not once did I feel even remotely creeped out nor did I find it very suspenseful. Maybe my expectations were too high cause I had a friend who kept going on about how creepy it was but it really didn't do anything for me. I did appreciate they didn't go for the gore factor or toture porn and tried to rely more on suspense but ultimately it just fell short imho. I did like the masks though.

Well then that explains it imho. I hate when people hype the crap outta something. Its human nature to prove people wrong. Its not the best thing since sliced bread but it was a nice taste of true horror and something more original.

How was the gore?

RETARDED. The only thing this film had was cheap gore. I feel sorry for the real talent that sit on the sidelines while pee-on film makers are given the nod at making a movie. What a joke. These type films make me sick. In all honesty it wasn't the attention whore gore that made me hate this film, it had NOTHING, it was an microwaved, weak burrito from Taco Bell.

Nah dude, my user name is "Voorhees27" I'm talking about the kinda gore that involves sadistic torture crap. Dulling ones senses, that kinda gore. Just read the Hitchcock quote in my signature, that should explain my motivation.

Bottom line (and a bit off topic) I don't need to see every damn thing that happens, I don't need detail, I don't need to see the insides of a persons dead corpse to appreciate the fact that they're dead. I don't need to see how (in detail) how to skin someone alive. I have a pretty good idea how that ____ would go down. How about the human imagination? (Inception and Shutter Island type ____) There is nothing more terrifying than the subconscious human mind.

Gore is fine but excessive torture and explicit gore is absurd and unecessary. Its even the opposite of scary or intriguing.

The last movie I saw was Devil. It was very good in my opinion. Very good twist and I was amazed when I found out who was the devil. I also jumped a couple of times which usually never happens lol. So Id give it a 9 out of 10.

Hot Shots: 7/10 Very funny comedy. All the sillyness makes this an awesome watch. Hadn't seen this in many years, and I definitely had fun seeing it again!

Wall Street: 8/10 First time seeing this film, and it was awesome!! Definitely recommendable! I might even go see the sequel in the theatre soon.
