Is the collar tie clip visible or hidden behind the collar? The suit have wider lapels than Vince's:

It's behind, what's pinching the collar in. And I'm not sure it's a pin. I may simply be a part of the collar, a band that pulls it together.

In this larger picture it looks to be a strap or band of the same shirt material and not a pin.

The tie clip is hidden behind collar and tie. The clip raises the tie, while pushing down on the collar...giving it that distinct look.
