Questions about Enterbay vs Hot Toys

We'll I received my first Enterbay figure but seems like I have the wrong body. Anyone that knows about enterbay ip man I need help figuring out what I need. Body or neck adapters.

I replied in the Ip Man thread, but yeh - switch out the body, the stock EB one is awful.

I received my robocop helmet back from Enterbay
Couldnt ask for better customer service, replacing a helmet I broke free of charge!

I was about to post how cool it is that EB seems to be placing more emphasis on their CS, until I read the post after yours in the Robocop thread:

Not as much Luck as you guys.
I contacted them because i discovered a déformation on the left shoulder done by a screw that was too big or too screwed in and they basically ignored my demand... Thank god its not that visible... But i know its there...

I'm planning on getting the EB Batman in the near future. I don't think I'll buy a brand new one. I've heard that one had a few QC issues.
