Well, I think I got this problem solved. I called paypal last night and they actually sent him an email giving him details on the refund I sent him. I explained in detail the situation and they said with the evidence I had that more than likely they would side with me.. Paypal was actually awesome to deal with on the phone....WTF happened they used to be horrible. Maybe I just got a good representative this time, ive had some bad ones in the past.

Furthermore the guy messaged me this morning saying " He mistook me for another seller" Yeah....right( there is another guy out there he thinks owes him $8 and did not receive the exact item I sold to him...PSH). Guy is a moron and I hope I made him feel like one.
