I got him already and Ive seen tons of them in the wild past few months.

Some of the reviews are going back 4-5 months, but a lot of them are overtly outside of the US, and most of the stateside retailers seem to still be waiting? That's why I'm confused. I thought this was well and out, but pics and stuff seem here and there, and most all of the places offering him still say "pre-order."
