lol, this guy copied the half scale joker too. This one looks closer to the real one (which wasn't good IMO):

I wonder if they bought the real one and made a recast or they got a deal with the chinese factory who made the real one. I don't think china has laws against a straight copy

Doubtful.

Factories probably spit out additional units all the time, until the moulds becomes useless.

I believe it’s just the paint that copiers usually have to spring for themselves.

And honestly I thought the likeness itself was great on Prime 1’s Ledger Joker. Just that the expression chosen was a bad choice, and the ‘make up’ was a tad too clean.
