Agreed a price last June and waited two months for an invoice before giving up.

Agreed a price again recently, more than originally agreed, then finally receive an invoice with an extra £20 postage thrown on.

I believe I have said the if £20 postage is over, I will refund the rest.
And you haven't gave any address details of yours, which I kept asking,all I can do is guessing the postage. Still, even within the UK, the postage will be likely £15, don't know why £5 is such a big deal especially I will eventually refund it.
